Mentor Coach Trained (credentialing Fall 26)

Christopher (Martian) Kaminski

I’m a life coach and ADHD coach based in Durham, North Carolina. My work centers on helping people build resilience—not as a mindset, but as something that shows up in how their lives actually function.

I care deeply about community. Not just the idea of it, but the lived experience of being connected, supported, and able to show up as yourself. That belief shapes how I coach and how I live. I’m a visible, active member of the Durham queer community, and I see this work as part of that ecosystem—not separate from it.

I came to coaching because I noticed a consistent gap.

People were doing real, meaningful work in therapy. They understood themselves better. They had language for their experiences. But when it came to everyday life—starting tasks, managing time, following through, building routines—things were still falling apart.

Insight wasn’t translating into lived experience.

That’s where I focus.

My work sits in that space between understanding and execution. We look at how your life is actually structured, what your behavior is responding to, and how to build systems that support you instead of working against you.

I draw from positive psychology, ADHD-specific knowledge, and systems thinking. But more importantly, I work as a thinking partner—someone who helps you see clearly and build something that fits.

This work is also part of my activism.

Supporting queer, neurodivergent people in building sustainable, self-directed lives is not neutral work. It’s a way of pushing back against systems that were never designed for us in the first place. Coaching, for me, is one way I contribute to that change.

Outside of sessions, I’m out in the Durham community. If you see me, say hello. Just know there’s a good chance I’ll end up talking your ear off about ADHD coaching, systems, and how people can actually make change stick.

If you’re looking for support that goes beyond insight and into real-life change, we should talk.
