2. Systems Framing We stop blaming you and start looking at structure. What is your behavior responding to?

3. Co-Design We build supports that fit your brain, not someone else’s system.

4. Real-World Testing We treat everything as an experiment. No perfection. Just iteration.

5. Pattern Shift Over time, your default behavior changes—because the system changed.
