Coaching Services

I offer personalized life coaching services designed to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. I'll teach you to think differently about thinking so you can get out of your own way. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, gender affirming, and neurodiversity affirming.


If you've never been coached before, our discovery calls are a great way to start.  We will talk about what coaching is, how it differs from therapy. 


Many people turn to a life coach when they’re ready for change but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step. Coaching can help you gain clarity about your goals, build confidence, create healthier habits, and find balance between work and personal life.  Together, we’ll uncover what matters most to you and create practical steps toward a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

After your free Discovery session, you will be offered a package of 4 coaching sessions for $200 ($50 per session).  

A coaching session is generally 50-60 minutes.

Coaching is an out-of-pocket expense and not currently covered by health insurance.

We will engage in regular sessions focusing on actionable strategies and overcoming obstacles.

Progress Evaluation

Occasionally we will assess your progress and make necessary adjustments.
